Best Chocolate Chip Cookies ever
This is a recipe found on the inside wrapper of an instant Jello box years ago, it has been tweaked by my daughters and I until we came up with the following.
2 sticks of butter softened and creamed
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 pkg Jello instant vanilla pudding
1/2 pkg Jello instant butterscotch pudding
(save the other halves for another batch)
Mix until fluffy
Mix together 2 1/4 c flour packed
Add 1/2 of flour and mix with butter mixture.
Add 1 tsp baking powder and then the rest of the flour.
Stir in 1 pkg Guittard milk chocolate chips (silver wrapper)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional
Roll into 1" balls and bake at 375 for 8 to 9 min.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen cookies.
